PromoGrind ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by VaultSpark Studios, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. For a detailed breakdown of every data type we collect, see our Data Use Policy.
No-account use: If you use the calculators without creating an account, no personal data is collected or sent to our servers. Calculator inputs remain in your browser only.
Account Information: When you create a free Vault account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Usage Data: We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service — to collect aggregate, anonymized data about which pages and features are used. No personal identifiers are collected.
Ledger & Tracker Data: Your bet history, P/L entries, sportsbook tracker data, and promo tracking information are stored in our database to enable cloud sync. This data belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time.
Community Content: If you submit content to community features (Wins Wall, Community Promos, Leaderboard), that content may be visible to other users per the settings you choose.
Communications: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email and send you emails via Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment Information: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. We receive subscription status from Stripe via webhook.
Supabase: Authentication, database storage, and backend functions. See supabase.com/privacy.

Resend: Email delivery (newsletter, transactional). See resend.com/privacy.
Plausible Analytics: Cookie-free, privacy-friendly web analytics. No personal data collected. See plausible.io/privacy.
Anthropic (Claude): Powers AI features (PromoChat, Promo Advisor, AI Action Plan). Text you submit to AI features is processed by Anthropic's API. See anthropic.com/privacy.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for app preferences, offline data cache, and Supabase auth session tokens. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, right to delete, and right to opt out of sale of personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We never have.

PromoGrind is intended for users 21 years of age and older (18+ in states where permitted). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Supabase uses row-level security so your data is only accessible to you. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
