These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PromoGrind, operated by VaultSpark Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PromoGrind is an educational calculator tool that helps users understand and calculate the mathematical conversion value of sportsbook promotional offers. It performs arithmetic on numbers you provide. PromoGrind does not place bets, access sportsbook accounts, or handle money on your behalf. It is analogous to a tax calculator or mortgage calculator — a math tool with educational content.
Free tier: Core calculators (Bonus Bet, Arbitrage, No-Vig, +EV, Profit Boost, etc.) are available to all visitors without creating an account. A free Vault account unlocks cross-device sync, the P/L Ledger, Bet Tracker, and community features. VaultSparked Pro adds Live Scanner, +EV Scanner, and other advanced tools.
You must be at least 21 years old (18+ in jurisdictions where permitted) to use this service. You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legal. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding sports betting and gambling.

VaultSparked Pro is a paid subscription ($24.99/month or $199/year) that unlocks Live Scanner, +EV Scanner, and other advanced features. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have concerns.
New users may be offered a 7-day free trial of VaultSparked Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial. At trial end, Pro features become unavailable unless you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is limited to one per user.
All content, code, design, and branding on PromoGrind is owned by VaultSpark Studios and protected under applicable intellectual property law. PromoGrind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VaultSpark Studios is not liable for any gambling losses, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of this service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding a claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PromoGrind shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the English language. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action for such disputes, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
