Proprietary — All Rights Reserved. PromoGrind software, original text, calculations, product design, visual identity, and first-party assets are owned by VaultSpark Studios LLC unless a specific notice says otherwise.

Ordinary public use

You may use the public site and calculators for their intended personal or business-evaluation purpose, link to public pages, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution.

Permission required

Copying substantial content, republishing calculators, creating confusingly similar services, extracting private account data, or redistributing first-party code or assets requires written permission.

Marks and names

PromoGrind, VaultSpark Studios, their logos, and distinctive product presentation may not be used to imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or source without authorization.

Third-party components

Third-party libraries, platform marks, sportsbook names, and referenced services remain subject to their own owners' terms and licenses. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership to PromoGrind.
